User Creation

  • Navigate to Tools –> Security console –> User Tab in left top of the screen
  • Here you can lock the account, reset the password and delete the user account.
  • Click Add User account.

  • Enter the basic User details and password
  • Click Save and close.
  • Here we can also add role to the user by clicking ADD role.
  • In the pop-up window, you can search roles and Add to role membership.
  • Once role added to the user, you will get a confirmation message in the pop-up.

  • Here we can see the created user account.
  • Click on top of the user name, you can see the detailed view of the user and the role assigned to it.
  • Click edit to update the user details.

  • Click edit to update the user details.

  • Once you click on the edit button, you will navigate to edit user details window.
  • Here you can reset the password by clicking password reset button.
  • Once you entered the new password, should click reset password.
